I had an online website that I was terrified of. It was all set up for me and this is where I pretended to know what it was all about. I did what I do best, ignored it for as long as I could because I was out of my comfort zone as a small business.
I eventually asked for help as I could see other small businesses were flying with online orders.
I asked for a recommendation to help me with the running and updating of my website. After a lot of tech jargon I finally came across Anna who seemed to get me, talk my language and not make me feel like I was the only one not savvy with running a website. Also reminding me that I was busy and focused on running a great business!
From the word go the excitement of the design she gave to my website was amazing. It was clear & easy to follow and fun for any customers visiting it. The orders started to come in along with the compliments about the new fresh website.
To this day I have still a fresh vibrant site that has gained lots of loyal customers!
