Our brief to Anna was to develop a Marketing & Communications Programme that would educate our members to promote their clubs, in a long-term, sustainable way. We wanted to empower them to develop a professional presence, raise awareness, gain new members/volunteers and increase funding & sponsorship. The programme needed to support participants of all levels of technical ability, from low tech to very comfortable.
We had tendered out the project and other marketing companies simply did not get what we were trying to achieve. Anna understood the brief straight away. It was an easy process working with Anna to build the course. She has a great eye for detail but more importantly, she has a great ear. She listened to the challenges faced and brought solutions almost every time.
For the in person sessions Anna showed great skill in dealing with polar opposite levels of ability from the participants in terms of using digital technology.
She has a relaxed manner that puts any nervous participant at ease almost instantly. The online sessions showed real engagement, no cameras off and everyone contributing. Anna even set up pre course videos that she created to help total beginners be on the start line with the rest of the participants on the first day.
I, and DLR Sports Partnership could not praise Anna higher in helping us develop and deliver what was the first of its kind delivered by an LSP in the country.
The feedback was incredible with sustainable networking outcomes after the course had finished.
