Visibility Audit

Many businesses are not as visible to customers & clients as they could be — not because they haven’t made efforts, but because it’s genuinely difficult to know what’s working, what isn’t and where the gaps are. This audit provides that clarity. It covers your presence across traditional search, the AI tools that clients are increasingly using, your website and how your marketing holds together as a whole. We’ll meet to go through you existing setup, either in person at your premises or online. Following that, you’ll receive a written report with specific, practical recommendations and a call to go through it together.

The audit works particularly well for owner-managed businesses and practices where marketing has been done in pieces rather than as a whole — or where things have changed and it’s time to take stock of what’s actually working.

You have an online presence but you’re not confident it’s bringing in clients consistently.

You’ve heard that AI tools are changing how people search, but you don’t know how this affects your business specifically.

You’ve tried various marketing activities but it’s hard to know which are worth continuing.

You’d like an honest, experienced perspective on where to focus, without committing to ongoing support before you’re ready.

You don’t have an in-house marketing resource and the cost of a full agency isn’t justified at this stage.

You want clear priorities, not a long list of things to do.

The review looks at your marketing as a complete picture rather than one channel in isolation.

This matters because visibility problems are rarely caused by one thing.

Google & AI Search Visibility

How you appear in Google search for the queries your potential clients use. This includes your Google Business Profile, local search visibility, how your listings read, and whether basic SEO foundations are in place on your website. An increasing number of people now use AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude and Google’s AI-generated answers) to find and evaluate services before searching traditionally. We look at how you can impact your presence there.

Social Media

Whether you are active on social media or not at all, this section looks at what is appropriate for your business and your capacity, how your current profiles present your business, and whether the channels you are using (or considering) are the right ones for the clients you want to reach. This includes LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and any other platforms relevant to your business.

Your Website

We review whether your site demonstrates the quality of what you offer. If it clearly communicates what you do, who you work with and why a potential customer / client should drop in or get in touch. We look at this from the perspective of both new visitors and existing customers to make sure that you are appealing to everyone.

Messaging & Branding

How you show up & what you say about your business across the channels you use, needs to be consistent, clear and engaging. Inconsistent or vague messaging is one of the most common reasons potential clients don’t get in touch, even when they’ve found you.

Recommendations & Priorities

This is the most important part of the report. The recommendations are specific to your business and ranked by importance, so you know exactly what to focus on first and what can wait. All will be clearly explained in the report and over your follow-up call.

The audit is structured to be useful from the moment you receive it, not something that requires further interpretation.

Written Audit Report

Clear findings across each area reviewed, written in plain language.

Prioritised Action List

A ranked list of what to address first, second and third, based on what will make the most difference.

On-Site Visit

Anna comes to your premises, anywhere in Ireland. Time spent understanding the business properly before any assessment is made.

45-Minute Follow-Up Call

A call to go through the report together, answer questions and discuss how you can implement findings, or any next steps you want to take.

30 Days of Follow-Up

Questions that arise after the call are answered by email. There is no cut-off once the report is delivered.

No Obligation to Continue

The audit stands on its own. There is no requirement to engage further. Many clients do choose to, but that decision is always yours.

As part of your Marketing Audit, we’ll meet to discuss your current marketing setup. We can meet in-person at your premises or online over Zoom.

You can book this meeting directly below for a day and time that suits. I’ll follow up with more information once your booking has been received.
