About Anna

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes — membership is month-to-month. Upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time.

Is the content tailored to my profession?

Yes. Core content is written for your profession — a significant step above generic. Premium and VIP content is fully customised to your specific practice.

I’m not technical — will I be able to use this?

Yes. Everything is delivered ready to use with clear guidance. VIP members have everything implemented for them. No marketing background required.

Can I make changes to my materials?

Premium and VIP members get one round of changes per month included.

What if I don’t want to use social media?

You don’t have to. For most services, Search Listings (Google, ChatGPT etc) are the most important promotional activity, along with websites and referral systems. Social media is great to have but not essential so you can choose to use it or not.

Do I have to use all of the content?

No, you will be provided with all the content you need to promote your services, but you can choose how much of it you want to use. The more of it you use, the better your results will be.

How soon do I get my content?

Core members get access immediately on sign-up. Premium and VIP members receive their first batch within 5 working days of completing their intake form. VIP members will have content implemented 5 working days post approval.

What if my website isn’t up to scratch?

Many members start without a perfect website — particularly if clients come mainly through referrals or Google Business. We offer website development and setup packages at member rates when you’re ready to take that step.
